Broken Tees and Mended Hearts

True, short stories that guide the reader to better understand how the game of golf serves as a therapeutic and rehabilitative tool; a remarkable healing sport and a means to improve one’s quality of life. Golf does save lives. These lives could be your mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, child, grandparent, neighbor, co-worker who have endured a horrific tragedy –– either while serving in the military, a freak accident, a deteriorating health condition, or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now, they all have come together on the practice tee, Judy’s office, and their experiences are intended to inspire you. The stories will provide inspiration to those living with disabilities, their families and golf professionals dedicated to improving their students’ quality of life.

I would put this book in the category of “Life Moving Books To Read”. It is a great feeling and very rewarding when you can effect someone’s life the way you have. Thank you for writing this book and I’m not even a golfer. -Diane A.

This was so captivating and beautifully written; fueled by a mix of passion, wit and inspiration. I have an entirely different perspective on the game of golf as well as a greater appreciation for my many blessings. You don’t need to be a golfer to read this book. -Maureen P.

I give the book 14 clubs up (my version of 2 thumbs up). Well written, short and to the point, but most of all, INSPIRATIONAL! -Vicky R.

I couldn’t put it down. I’ve never seen anything like it. No one has. It’s going to help so many. It’s already helped me. -Louis K.
