In order to expedite the handling of your loan application, please provide the items checked below to our mortgage lenders as quickly as possible.

____   Last two years W-2 forms.

____   Names and addresses of employer for the past two years.

____   Last two years completed tax returns, with all attachments, signed by both borrowers and certified as true.

____   Last two months statements off ALL bank accounts, checking, savings, retirement and investment accounts.

____   Last two months statements of ALL credit cards and open loans.

____   Social Security card and/or Drivers License and/or photo ID –copies of

____   Current paycheck stub, both full and part-time, to cover most recent 30 days if available, or updated resume.

____   Letter explaining gap in employment.

____   Written explanation of new loans and explanation of inquires.

____   Explanation of late payments.

____   Year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement.

____   Year-to-date Balance Sheet.

____   Corporate tax returns for last two completed years.

____   Corporate year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement.

____   Corporate year-to-date Balance Sheet.

____   Copy of bankruptcy discharge and letter of explanation

____   Source of funds for earnest money and down payment-photocopy all checks before deposit.

____   Written explanation and documentation to prove source of funds for down payment.

____   Copy of Divorce Decree.

____   Explanation of child care complete with name and address of provider(s).

____   Address of all real-estate owned and balance of loans, if any.

____   At time of loan application you will need a check for approximately $400 (non-refundable) for Credit Report and Appraisal.

____   Names and addresses of landlord or residences for last seven (7) years plus 12 months cancelled rent checks or mortgage payments.

PLEASE NOTE: At time this time is not suggested to go out and buy a car, boat, furniture, etc. or anything that costs over $100 without first talking to me.

Bring to the closing a bank or Cashier’s Check or personal certified check for you own down payment and closing costs. Plan this 2-3 weeks in advance
